Metal2Wood

Designed to attach steel roofing & siding used in post-frame and residential metal roofing applications. This high hex washer head provides driving stability, HiLo threads for superior holding strength, and a sharp point for quick installation. Assembled with a bonded seal washer for a Weather-Tite seal for improved installation appearance in roofing applications, with an excellent seal – even when driven at an angle. The mechanical zinc plating provides extended corrosion resistance.

Metal2Wood HD

This is your “rescue screw.” It replaces nails or fasteners that have loosened and backed out of metal roofing. EPDM rubber is vulcanized to the steel washer to prevent delaminating and forms an excellent seal – even when driven at an angle. The 5/16” HWH with bonded sealing washer will cover existing hole entirely, creating a watertight seal, even if stretched out by movement of the metal roof. The mechanical zinc plating provides extended corrosion resistance.

ReZistor

The 5/16” cupped HWH with a molded zinc-aluminum alloy provides protection against red rust on the head and washer. The ZAC head provides more strength than common alloys. Designed to fasten steel sheeting to wood, plywood, or OSB. Used in postframe and residential construction. This is an excellent choice for Galvalume and other long-life metal roof panels, and has a 40-year warranty, available upon request.

ReZistor3

Intended as an alternative to the zinc-aluminum alloy head. It is also used to fasten steel roofing used in post-frame and residential construction projects. This smaller, cupped HWH provides an attractive low-profile appearance versus large HWH fasteners. This is an excellent choice for Galvalume or other long-life metal roofs. With a 40-year warranty, available upon request, Rezistor3’s stainless steel cap will never produce red rust while cupped head provides a low profile appearance.

As opposed to “thru-fastened” roofs, standing seam roofs are made of spring joints that fasten panels together along their edges. Because standing seam roofs are designed to float and the fasteners are concealed, they do not leak. Our clips function in much the same way–they are hidden, fastened to the roof while the panel is pressed down onto the clip, locking it in place. Simple, effective and absolutely reliable.

The AS3

Marco’s AS3 is steel – with an all steel frame, and all steel 26 Gauge skin. The 1-3/4″ thick panel is filled with polyurethane to R-12 value, creating an effective thermal break, and for rigidity, strength and insulation.
